Accommodation
AT WHAT TIME IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF MY ARRIVAL? CAN WE DROP OFF OUR LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL BEFORE THE ROOM IS READY?
Your room is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. You can leave your luggage at the reception before 3pm. You can use the hotel's services before 3pm.
WHAT TIME SHOULD YOU VACATE YOUR ROOM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
The room must be vacated by 11.30 am at the latest. You can leave your luggage at the reception and use the hotel's services of the hotel until your final departure.
DO THE ROOMS HAVE A BALCONY? WHICH TYPES OF ROOMS HAVE A VIEW OF THE MONT-BLANC?
All our rooms have a balcony with a table and two chairs. The Deluxe, Junior Suite, Family Suite and Prestige Suite have a view of Mont Blanc. The Superior rooms are facing the mountain side.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are welcome at a cost of €30/day/pet. They must be kept on a leash throughout the in the whole of the establishment. They are not allowed around the pool area during the summer season. We do not provide food, but we can provide you with a bowl on request.
CAN WE HAVE A COT IN OUR ROOM? CAN WE HAVE AN EXTRA BED?
On request, we can provide a free cot for any child under 3 years old. We do not have extra beds, but we have different accommodation solutions for children over 3 years old. Do not hesitate to send us your request via our contact form.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL (NEAREST TRAIN STATION, AIRPORT)?

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE RESTAURANT? IS IT NECESSARY TO RESERVE A TABLE IN ADVANCE?
Our restaurant is open every evening from 7.30pm to 9.30pm and also for the Sunday lunch from 12.15p.m to 1.45p.m. It is preferable to book your table to have more choice in terms of available time slots especially at weekends and during school holidays.
WHAT CAN YOU FIND ON THE RESTAURANT MENU? WHAT IS HALF-BOARD?
Our Chef Hubert Catteau offers gourmet cuisine with French and Savoyard influences. Its values: fresh products, naturalness, respect for local natural lands. The half-board formula allows you to freely choose a starter, a main course and a dessert "A la carte", supplements may apply. Consult our menu.
DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN/VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE MENUS?
On request, we can offer you gluten-free bread from our baker. In the case of a specific diet and/or a food allergy, do not hesitate to inform our reservations department, who will pass on the information to our who will pass on the information to our kitchen team.

IS THE POOL OPEN?
Our outdoor heated swimming pool is only open from June to October. You can also discover our snack menu « Les Pieds dans l’Herbe » during this summer season.
The Services
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A BAR?
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A GYM?
We have a fitness room open from 10am to 8pm. It is equipped with a rowing machine, an elliptical, treadmill, exercise bikes, skipping ropes, carpets, barbells, and weights.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A CAR PARK? A GARAGE? AN ELECTRIC CHARGING POINT?
We have free parking in front and to the side of the hotel. No reservation is necessary. Unfortunately we do not have charging stations or a garage, but we can provide you with a room for your bikes a room for your bicycles.
IS THERE A LIFT IN THE HOTEL?
Our hotel, a former mountain farm, does not have a lift. Our team is at your disposal to help you with your luggage on arrival and on departure.
DO YOU HAVE A SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT, THE STATION?

Rates
WHAT IS THE BREAKFAST RATE?
Our continental breakfast buffet is €20 for adults, €12 for children under 12.
Children under 4 years of age are free of charge. The rate is per day and per person.
WHAT IS THE RATE FOR HALF-BOARD ?
Half board is €60 for adults, €32 for children under 12. Free of charge for all children under 4 years of age. The price is per day and per person, excluding drinks.
WHAT IS THE RATE OF THE TOURIST TAX?
The tourist tax is 0,70€/person aged + 12 years/day.
